Bob Stanley started his real estate sales career over 40 years ago in the Florida market.  He has seen and experienced about every kind of economic condition the real estate market can conjure up.  Early in his career he was fortunate enough to work under the wing of international real estate trainer, Joe Klock.  This experience lead him to excel in sales before moving into management and training.
Having attended the University of Miami, Florida on a football scholarship, he graduated with a degree in Business and Marketing.  Bob assisted Joe Klock in building a residential real estate company from its inception to 12 offices before Joe sold the company to Coldwell Banker.  This resulted in Bob overseeing the entire Florida market and later the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky/Southeastern Indiana markets. With a desire to return to Florida, Bob took over the management the prestigious Longboat Key office of Coldwell Banker in 2007 and lead it to
being a consistent top 5 office for offices of its size for Coldwell Banker nationally.

With a recent desire to redirect that experience back to the basics of the business…sales, to have more family and grandchildren time, and get in some golf, Bob opened his own company consisting of himself and his wife, Judi.  Together they bring a high level of experience, market knowledge and service standard excellence to their clientele.

Judi Stanley

High energy and great sensitivity for the consumer lead Judi to be tops in real estate sales before moving into branch office management where she directed her office to being the #1 office in the Coldwell Banker Florida system.  Having achieved this, she made the decision to pursue a life-long passion in hospitality.  She and Bob bought the former home of a doctor in Bar Harbor, Maine where she converted the home into a nine room Bed and Breakfast.  Needing more, she then added a French themed restaurant to the Inn that achieved and maintained a Four Diamond status for many years.

Taking a 3 year sabbatical to enjoy the birth and development of her grandchildren, she reinvented herself with a total makeover of the Inn and a new restaurant themed after her grandparents, Pascone.  The upper end Italian restaurant exceeded expectations with her innovative menu and quality of food which was influenced by recipes passed down from grandparents to parents to her.
Blessed with a very distinctive eye for decorating (she designed and decorated the Inn – both times- herself in a European motif sprinkled with antiques), and an incredible palate for foods and wines, she brings a very unique set of skills as she comes full circle back to assisting her clients with their residential real estate needs.
An avid tennis player she is fun, engaging, knowledgeable and has a gut instinct for taking care of customers.  She provides a very unique option when selecting who you trust with your residential real estate needs.
